Newbie Qn - Y does this boat needs so many motors? It is not built for speed. Is this for tugging purposes?

Tug boat need torque not speed. The propeller used on most outboards are not suitable for tugging purpose.

With only 2 of that outboard, it can easily out run any coast guard cruiser. Until it meets the Navy's 80kts/hr fast craft.

It the REAL deal. No photoshop. Indeed it was used for drug smuggling between Spain and England I believe before it got busted.

These dope dealers are very "enterprising", we have yet to see the last of them. I am sure they've already a replacement vessel for it. Just don't know what it is until it get busted again than we all.............wah.............so it's like that one.
