Does anyone know a good place to buy PVC pipe for a boat stand near the east coast?

Upper Changi Road, adjacent to Kembangan MRT, oppsite a Mosque, there is the shop selling sinks, taps, and also at the corner shop there is an aircon supply shop where your can buy the black foam tubes.Gone Gas...but Petrol went UP !!!
