    Cooling Coil

Right now no stock, hobby shack ran out, ntc ran out. I thot your Villian already done.

X34, yah, Villain done but still have this one to do mah....

I used thick-walled copper tubing for Villain. Works very well but the leftover tubing is not long enough for another coil. Just looking for other avenues. Got a thin-walled copper tube from Art Friend but becos of the thin wall, it kinks rather easy when I try to bend it.

For some people it's important to show what they have, for others it's sufficient to know that they have it.

    MA,

U need special Kung Fu to bend the tube without kinking. Practice a few times u will get it.

That Hydroplane looks good where from?

      wow miss budwiser!!!!

remind me of the good old days at bishan park ( before they convert it to fishing pond)

by the way there is one unit under the water of bishan till this very day

we tried to rescue it but it was to heavy to bring it out of the water -- i remember twin 540 and twin 8.4v pack..

      super fast craft!!!

I got some prior training from Stephen Chow leh.....hahahaha.

Miss Bud is a replica Proboat's 1/12 nitro. This is 1/16 scale EP from HKG. I really wanted the nitro version but since there's hardly a place to play here, I think the EP's a better choice.

          Let's get the scuba gear!

Twin 540? That's powerful. Mine's smaller scale with single 540 powered by 8.4V too.

Replace the motor with a hot brushless it will be faster than glo!

Who make a Miss Bud with twin? Must be quite big.

Hahahahaha.......7 cell powered 540 will be enough for me presently, considering my boat's only 16" long.

I actually haven't heard of a twin motored Miss Bud. Can't even find in the net. Only ones available are Proboat's nitro 1/12 and gas 1/8. And of course my baby 1/16 Bud.

we did grab it but there was no way to pull it out as its too heavy and the floor is muddy!!!! you actually sink / suck-in by the mud.

by the way this boat dont float!! wahaha when placed in the water, 2/3 of the boat is in the water leaving only the head then full power will launch it out!!!! during the planing, you could only see the prop!!! and its metal high speed prop.

this boat was sold in an old staionary shop called teck soon...
                    in kallang.. back then..

i believe forum member fayloh will remember as he was our boat buddy.

we had a excalibur then and also a boat called candy owned by another friend.

Hahahaha....so there was actually a salvage attempt.

About the boat's characteristics, it's well known, especially the nitro version, that you need to launch it. else the boat will just cavitate.

The 'not floating' part I'm not too sure though, but twin 540 with 2 x 7 cell packs is not light by all means. My Villain also feels lardy with that kind of weight.
