    Hi,

I just saw a RC hover craft at the Isetan toy kiosk outside Isetan main entrance at orchard rd, may be you can try to look for it there, is in grey colour and looks cool too...

Long long time ago, I got a friend built a hover craft with balsa wood with nitro engine, but the balsa frame is too heavy, when he throttle up, the hover craft just turned turtle...haha...is so funny..and eventually, he looses interest too!

              DIY Hovercraft

I successfully built one for my JC physics project a few years back.
It was a simple one made out of foam board as the base material for the "chassis", clear plastic bags for the skirt and a piece of scrap aluminum i got from one of the window shops in Ubi.

It was powered by two 540 motors. One for the skirt and another for propulsion. Run time was a bit short with 6 cell 2000 NiCds Sub C's... around 4 mins.
              -Feda Dragonfly
              -Hornet 2
              -Pilot OK Turmeric
              -Zoom Zoom 4D
              -Sceadu EVO 50: OS50, Hatori521, Revmax,
              -Hornet X3D
              -Hornet X3D (yet to setup!)
              -Formosa 1
              -World Models Spot On 50
              -HB King 2
              -World Models Groovy 50 F3A
              -RICCS F18 EDF

              Controlled by 9CHP
