    Boat Cavitating

Hi Guys, My boat seems to be cavitating up and down when I run on 11.1V batts. On 7.2 it seems to be ok. Using a brushed monohull setup. Could it be a prop problem ? Prop too small ?

        Thanks for the reply.

The boat is a Proboat mini-v which is a very light setup - modified the drive to a flex. So do i change to a bigger prop ? That should mean a higher amp draw right ?

I was talking to Mok today at JH, he was saying that it could be a CG problem as well. Any pointers ?

The boat cativates like in the link. But only on 11.1V when on full throttle

I tink u got the term Cavitating wrong leh.

On the link ur boat is moving fine. Cavitating means prop moving but boat not moving, instead creating lots of bubbles.

I tink u should use the term pitching.
