I think it's a 4 stroke from it, and the belt is to drive a pump(maybe a oil pump from the oil sump.....Losers whine about their best. Winners date the Prom Queen.

power to weight and price is not feasible
better go with a triplet QD or mod zenoah and it'll still be cheaper
