Some thing new for me - mini bi wing !

This is my 1st attemp to build such small wing alike plane..... .....power by IPS direct drive 3020 prop and 250 mAh 2S lipo AUW 64g Not sure will it fly but motor output is good .....at least it should not drop like a rock ......then again

Overall 9 inch across....using 3.2g servo, 2g Rx and 2g ESC....air frame made out of 3mm foam.....BTW is a project for sch..... Keeping my finger cross for tomorrow maiden .... scare lar ..... for such a small plane

Control? Got! Look closely. The Rudder is at the rear and at the center.
The Elevator is at the top wing. No Aileron design if I'm not wrong.

Yup SH is right on for the control configuration, no aileron as at this size aileron will cause more trouble then control. the roll will potentially cause stabilization issue. Hence rudder will be more suitable for such small plane. Anyway not intension to fly aerobatic with it wahahaha

Today maiden is very successful, it flew very stable and fast. Require only 50% throttle to stay in the air. It must be he new generation of IPS carbon brushed motor. Power man. Only major problem is .....NB so small that cant see properly only 50m away......must be pilot limitation tooooooooo old already.... Will try to post some in flight pic

Ar not sure is it available in LHS but you can try SHX....but price will be almost double I think. .....becos I found some stuff I ordre from the net that they sell at double the price ......even with shipment

You can try blue-erXXX range of produce which have a sub micro servo at 3.XX g that is the one I use in my Micro P51. Good enough for the job and cheaper too .....only diff is slightly heavier and not a linear servo (it you take a closer look mine is a linear servo)..... Oh BTW this servo cause US$63 per pc.....NB me crazy last time to buy such exp servo

Detail given in the 1st post ......c pic only right .....anyway is 250 mAh 2S lipo .....think no problem with 300 or 450 2S lipo for longer flight time, only if you can concentrat for that long with this little flyer
