New to IFO. Need assistance. (East side)

Just got 1 white kite.
Any flyers at east side?
Need help and advice.

Q1. Can i recharge my batt when its not empty yet ?
Q2. If cannot, how to discharge my batt ?
Q3. Propeller got scratches and dents from crashes. Will it affect flight?
Q4. Under what condition do i need to change the propeller ?
Q5. Motor screrw what size ? Missing 1.
Q6. After crashes, what should i look out for ?

Is it just me or is flying without a breeze damn difficult?
(it is a kite afterall rite ???)
But see some clips where pple fly indoor also cool leh.

Will appreciate all help given.

A1. to me its best to drain out the battrey ferst

A2. so far there is no discharger for lipo batt, because lipo batt needs a certain power left for its memory to charge it back. and if you happen to over discharge it your lipo batt will have the tendency to bloat.

A3.scratches on proppeller does not affect the flight. but if you realise that your proppeller has a bend mark near the shaft of your kite, then there will be alot of vibration during the flight.

A4. usually for me i will change my propeller if it only breaks into 2. because propeller dont come in cheap i should say... $$$$

A5. motor screw u can try getting it from the local hobby shop.

A6. for beginners the things that you should look out for will be the front bumper. u might have nose dive the kite from a certain height and the impact might be very hard causing the front bumper to break. second would be your front rod near to the motor mounting, it will snap off due to nose dive. after lots of crashes the dimension of ur kite will start to turn out of shape and the flight of your kite will start to fly differently.

**flying in windy condition is really difficult. because the wind might just blow your kite away and that is very dangerous.

hehehahah! No need for the apologies guys! It wasnt a good day for me also, my IFO nosed dived and had to hot of a places the concrete pavement. The CDROM motor is screwd. Lucky i had one more.
There are people flyin there every sat and sun evening around 4 and 5pm. Nice bunch of people. As for me, its back to the books as my exams are close.. Wont be flyin there anytime soon.

Blinking LEDs - no need circuit

Hey Guys,

thought you guys may be interested to know that sim lim tower has a shop that sells LEDs which can change color!!! No need external circuits... jus apply voltage and it works!!! Got 2 or 3 color type. $1.50 each.
Maybe I abit mountain tortoise but this is first time i see this kind of LED

Shop is at basement. Sells many cpu fan + LED one.... Erm, if go down the stairs, walk along corridoor along the left of the battery shop....This shop is at the corner. Will try to note the unit number next time

well bought my led from sl basment . the man in glass.there is a cctv or tv outside . well he has the best price for led .bought between 0.6 to 0.8 cent.
so far i have mounted my 3 in one col led red blue green . well seem to be bright.but have not test fly will test fly this week.at bedok skate pk.fri nite.
