I bought my 1mm clear PVC sheets from the shop beside Jet Hobby in Fook Hai Building. For white PVC, I bought mine from Art Friend in Bras Basah complex.

The nacelles are fitted on. Each one has 2 nylon bolts holding them together and hopefully shear off during bad landings.

This is how it looked like at this stage with the major structures in place. Not much to build other than the dorsal fin, tail cone and the rudder.

The wings, nacelles and fuselage is covered with iron-on films. The cowling are given a coat of paint.

The tail surfaces are also covered with film. I downloaded the logo, traced it on Autocad and hand cut it out of Monokote using the print.

Landing gears are mounted in place. The nose gear has its steering linkages connected to the rudder servo. I modified the Dubro landing gear axle fittings for tandem wheels. The original wheels are foam tires with aluminium hubs. These have hardly any shock absorbing effect on landings and were later replaced with Dubro rubber wheels.

For your information, the main gears are actually retracts from Champion Hobby but I deactivated them. Their mounting system is much easier than most fixed gears as each unit only requires 4 screws mounted on the flanges.

Oh, I'd just did some computer house keeping and found these pictures of the early stages of the fuselage constructions. Now you can see the 'bird cage'.
