    question on air retract

I am new to air retract system, would like to find out from some of the expert how do you refill the compressed air in the cylinder that mounted in the plane.

    thanks

You use an air pump. Robart sells a hand pump with a pressure gauge. Looks like a bicycle pump.

      YuP.. robart...

side note... pump up the tank to slightly beneath desired pressure...

activate the retracts to see how they perform... pump in more air when required...

reult is it will give you a scale look, feel and it will not overstress the system...

Thks for the advice, so min is a proper pump for high pressure. Will the air cylinder have a connector like airbrush compressed air, that is how air release to the system.

Your retract system should have come with an air inlet valve with a coupler that you attach to the pump. You stick the coupler into the valve and it opens the valve to allow you to pressurise the system. Removing the coupler will close the valve to prevent the system from losing the pressurised air.
