FOAM supplies for Wing Cutting

Where can I get a large 3" Thick FOAM BLOCK for cutting a foam wing?

ArtFriend always chops them to small pieces.

I got the 2" ones from Artfriend. Small?....it's about 1.5m x 1.2m, not the exact measurement but, it's not small.

I think he already say Art Friend offers foam in smaller pieces, not what he wants.

Insteadof getting 3" thick sheets, you can bond 2 sheets of 2" thick foam together with 3M77 spray adhesive to form a 4" thick block.

The hotwire cutter can still easily cut through the joints as long as the you don't build up a very thick coat of 3M77.
