Brushless ESC question

I'm running a Hacker B40S-13 in my WeMoTec Mini Fan 480 with a Hacker 70-B-Flight ESC and 3S2P Lipos.

On the Hacker webpage I can see that the 70-B Flight with BEC can handle up to 3 LiPo Cells. Is there a real limitation?
I was thinking of running 4S2P instead in order to gain additional thrust.

I can also see that the non BEC ESC's allow up to 10 LiPo Cells.

Do I have this limitation due to the integrated BEC?
What possibility do I have to increase the RPM of the FAN? Use a different motor (e.g. 4000RP/V)?

A bit off topic Warbird, I need to know where did you get your Wemotec Micro fan 480? I been trying looking around but seen to me only heard someone mention before that NTC do carry but when I call them up they say out of stock and it had been back date for 3 months already.......any idea which LHS carry the Wemotec and how much did you got yours?Please advice thanks.

you can't use bec with 4s
get an external bec and disable the one in the esc

I'm not sure if the Hacker BEC can be disabled. The instructions state that I have to disconnect the + wire from the receiver plug if I want to use an external BEC.
Will 4 cells damage the BEC in the Hacker 70?

yes just disconnect the +wire
if you don't use the bec, 4 cell will not damage anything
