Of course building lah, but the material selection is a headache man. I have a few options:

          Wings:
Balsa and monokote (so if it fails, I can convert it to nitro)
Coro and Balsa (very fast building with the CA)
          Foam and CF very fragile
Alum/CF tubings and nylon sheets or fabric...

          Frame work:
          Alum tubings (cheap and cheap)
          CF tubings (expensive)
          Basswood (heavy)

            1. balsa/monokote, only if you have the detail rib profiles and spars and what not, ironing monokote needs some patience too.

            2. Coro/Balsa, this is your niche area

            3. Foam/CF, forget it i don't think you 'd like it too

            4. Aluminium/CF Tubing/Ripstop Fabric, this is a new frontier, it would be interesting on this forum if you venture into this area, would be challenging to say the least, but if you're successsful, damn rewarding!

            How?

Of course option 2 is by default first choice... to me at least

Sopwith Camel E-SPAD Build Thread SPAD - Simple Plastic Airplane Designs

Follow this link to see the wing construction method which I might adopt for my project.

Aluminium, Corrugated plastic and Balsa would be the major materials involved.

Just purchased some alum. tubes 10mm Dia for $3.50 each. It comes in 6 meters standard.
