What is an airframe ? Do you mean the spars that run through the wings etc.. ? I have no problem doing these stuffs.

What motor / prop setup If I want to keep it as a slow powered glider ? Slow as in I don't want speeds of a zippy EDF plane's speed etc... enough for flying in small air spaces such as football field etc.

An airframe means an aeroplane. As for motor/prop setup, I can't tell you since I have not try it out myself. But generally, you can slow down the plane by using a prop with lower pitch.
Nice, good job. What was the sanding drum on the dremel? Is it the one that looks like a lollipop and used for grinding?
