A few LHS does sell this item... I was looking for it before. The only thing is the "price" can be x from some LHS.

By rotating retracts, do you mean the type that rotates 90 degrees as the undercarriage retracts backwards ie. Hellcat, Corsair.

Several companies sells these. Robart and Century Jet makes them for 60 size and large scale models and some are custom made for Top Flite models. Available on-line from Tower Hobbies. There are several others who make them for large scale models. Notable ones are Shindin Machine and Sierra Giant Scale. Be prepared to pay a queens ransom for these high quality legs though.
