Building the P82 Twin Mustang

raghfrost, may not have the time to maiden this weekend cos have to run in the new engine and sync them, but i hope the engines will do well so i can take her up...

yes, my schedule is always sunday morning, and at the same tampines runway...

Going steady gluing canopy in place...

MILLY-K nose art... ...cut and cover with tape, like the way the insignia was done.

So she's ready for engine trial this sunday (3 Apr 05) morning, hope the engines run well and she gets to maiden... ...and hope it doesn't rain!

Hmmm....at this wing load, going to land pretty fast... ...a bit worry for the little landing gears...

Stuka , man it looks sweet and with the nose art So this Sunday is the big day for engine run in and if everything run accordingly.....She will be in the air ? That will be cool

Sorry just to verify what time will you be testing ? As Sunday morning is our JW major gathering time as most regular member will be off from work. So may only be there after 10~10:30 .....hope is not too late ......

BTW I am not aware have such Z wire forming tool .....

This is one of the best balsa builds i've seen on DH, i can see a lot of creative solutions as your build went along, very good technical skills Stuka!
I wish i could see you maiden her this sunday but sunday mornings i always cannot make it, infact your flying time is only sunday mornings, i can only fly afternoons so i can never meet up with you

Thanks for the well wishes gentlemen, most honoured to have u guys around on sunday. As usual, my flying time is from 7.30am to 11.30am. If she gets to maiden, I will do a video shoot for those who can make it on sunday.

BTW, dont forget to bring your plane if u can come, watch me running in the engines is very boring...
