    Hi;

    How do you manage to do it? Can share? I was wondering whether is it easy to convert a smaller engine to gas (say 46 size). Else I have a 90 Size SK which I am keen to try to mod to gas. Qsn is how to mount the ignition timing and the spark plug?

      The convertion instructions manual will let you know how to do it.

          Just curious, why would one convert an 60 size or smaller engine to gasoline? What are the main pros?

          I know that other than fuel costs, output power is much lesser than glow, and not to mention the complications and weight penalties of the additional equipment. Folks are already constantly looking for more powerful and upsized40-60 size glow engines.

          I only feel than only gasoline engines with size of 1.2Cuin and above, are justified as the running fuel cost outweighs the relative reduction of power, and also larger planes that go with them can afford such weight penalties.

          Ignore me if you don't feel so.

            I heard many season flyer claimed gasoline is cleaner, don have the slicky feel after flight. The other reason I can think of is rcfeiji need not bring separate tank of Nitro to field. He can simply draw petrol from his car

              Not the COST of fuel

              I enjoy RC is not the fuel cost.
              Main thing is I don't like the oily nitro fuel.
              The power test got to wait for me to put it on the plane first.
              If I will to say something no good,I will make sure I had try it before.

                        Good job... Ehh the plug is not the regular plug we use on our gasser engine right? The size look like normal nitro plug size. CDI sensor and the collar is DIY one or came with the kitt? And btw... I think i saw HeliLim's slipper...
