    Removing Pinion

Guys.. any good way to remove the pinion from my dead 350? I don't have a pinion puller.

maybe use a plier to hold the pinion, then invert the motor(pinion face the ground), the use your other hand hold the motor, get another hand that you trust to hammer on the plier...you get the picture??

Yar... already tried that... I got the pinion out of the dead motor...
On the good motor... the pinion refuse to budge... and the motor shaft started coming out...

Think it is 5 mm out....
      They must have locktite it...

      Guess I either have to fly with a 350B or a 400D...
or get a new motor now...
      huh

        3 Possible Solution for you:

1 - Borrow a Pinion puller and pull it out.
2 - Get a long nose piler (Flat one is recommended) and pile/clip onto the dead motor pinion. Use a less than 2mm pin (Or use those damage IPS motor shaft) and hammer the deam motor shaft.
        3 - Get a brand new pinion.
