    Beginners Guide

    Hey guys.

Sorry about the silly newbie questions.. I realise they can be irritating at times

Anyway, anyone else in my shoes might find what I found useful:

    Hope it helps fellow newbies.

Still can't get the darned thing to take off without crashing though!!

No fliers where I am based so am all alone!

      Hi Benngunn

I think the closest flying site to your place should be Tampines Bike Park. Just bring your stuff there during the weekends and surely the guys there will be more than happy to help you out.

Alternatively, you can come down to Bedok Reservoir field (behind the mosque) on weekend mornings. There's a bunch of us flying here and we'll be glad to help you out however we can.

      Cheers

Electric things run on smoke. Let the smoke out and they won't work.

        Hey Random.

Singapore is a long way from where I am based.. Closest main town is Kuching, Sarawak in East Malaysia.

Perhaps I should have maidened it before I left and be equipped with practical skills when I got here

Thanks for the offer though but I will be sure to look you guys up when I get home.

For now I guess its trial and error: a daunting task in a place with no spare part shop within miles!!

        Take care

          Hi there,

So you are the Kuching customer that visited us the other day
One thing to note about your Focus... During maiden, please make sure you get the airplane trimmed and level off after take off. you have to climb your plane high up to do your trimmings by clicking on the trim tabs on your controller. f your plane is not trimmed, you will never get a straight and level flight line (thus probably experiencing dolphin flight while trying to hold level). It is often misunderstood that untrimmed planes may be mistaken for wrong thrust line...

If the plane is trimmed upright, try flying inverted and see how much you need to hold down elevator to maintain the altitude. A little down elevator is alright and normal.

Need further help feel free to email us...

          Regards
