TAke it from me. The spirit and the ARF version is a wonderful plane! Effortless thermal capabilities. I am now a some what pro at thermalling. But you dont have to install the spoilers at all. The plane flys very slowly and gently. So you wont need to slow down for landing. This plane has been with me for 3 yrs already. But i have moved on as you will get bored after a while. Almost fell asleep once. My longest flight was 1 1/2 hours continuosly!!!!!

did you hi-start it or was it on the slope?

It was on the slope at bedok. Perfect day it was. The sky was really blue at the lift was strong. Hard day to come by.
