    Spad X11

    For $20 worth of material and 24 hrs of building, this is the best SPAD I have ever build.

    FFF, Tight Loops, Furious Rolls, Extreme Verticals, and can glide for landings...no need for hot approaches. But must do a hot take off cause no rudder.

    With Standard Servos and MVVS 0.28, this plane performs well.

    Wing Span 40"
    Chord 11"
    Wing loading about 17oz/sq in
    Prop 9 x 6 MA 12,000++rpm

    Let me know if you need more specs for construction.

                Raj,

                Sweet plane you have there... I should go over to the good ol' field to check it out.

                      Thanks all for the compliments.

                      YZY: The next one will have a rudder but not for hovering, but more controlled ROG take-offs.

                      HZM: Electric?.....no lah no confi. The wing alone is the weight of one of the GWS kits.

                        Are you going there tomorrow? Or are you going to take another break?

                          I am planning on drawing up the instructions and plans for the X11. Some has asked for it after seeing it in action on Saturday.

                          Therefore, I MAY not be flying today if I have to dismantle the X11 for measurment.
