Just finish building my 48in V-wing. Need recommendation for power system and pusher prop size. Have an Align 400SL 2800kv outrunner and 25a ESC. Would this set-up be ok?

u can try apc 6x4 on 2s lipos , or 4.75x4.75 on 3s lipos.

the last time i used Align 400L 2800kv outrunner and 25a ESC with 6x4 on 2s on my mugi. if i rem correctly it was drawing around 18amps max.
