Does all the hobby shop give warranty

Hi , I am just checking does all hobby shop sell items with warranty ?
I suspected my ESC-10 is faulty just bought it on 8/8/06 fixed on today. can't control my estarter plane. bad my son is waiting to see it fly.

bought a few items from rotor shop on 8/8/06 ( second buying ) :
Super Club EP @$55
ESC-10 ( 8015AC) for brush motor @$36.20
Li poly battery @$38.80
HS-55 servo 2pc @ $51.80
E-SKY 4 ch receiver (w/o crystal ) @$21.10
Crystal tx/rx @$22
Battery balance charger Li poly @$74.8
use back my honey bee tx ET204A (Esky)
I did not rev throtter (ch3 ), should I ? even the HS-55 did not work as well.
What should I do ? son is disappointed

Maybe you can elaborate on what you mean by "cannot control your e-starter", then fellow fliers will be able to help you...

did you test the electronics properly?

ift he servo does not work it coukd be one of many things....

batt, tx rx not compatible etc

maybe a clearer explanation would help

The rx (Esky 4ch) was tested on rotor shop to select which one is compatiable to my Esky tx ( for honeybee).
The ESC-10 with white red black connector connected on the rx ch 3 ( white cable facing inwards) and the HS-55 with yellow red black connector connected on the rx ch2 n 1. Battery full charge n check with multimeter to check voltage.
very disappointed i thought it should be easy or plug n fly

From what i see is that you might have fix the servo and the rest of the connection wrongly... Maybe you would want to seek someone help to fix for you... go to any flying ground.. ppl there will be most willing to help u...

I will be flying at BR exit, the feild near to the mosque there from 5 plus to about 6 plus or 7pm today.. if you stay near, maybe can drop by.. i will help u if i can

given that the servos was tested in the shop, but it did not work when you plug it to your reciever, then either one of the possibilities:
1) no battery
2) no signal from transmitter
3) wrong frequency
4) crystal for rx mix up with TX
5) crystal not compatible with your transmitter..
6) no petrol... (just kidding)
... the list goes on if you do not give a clear indication of what your problem is...

Bedok Reservoir Exit at PIE.. after exit.. 1st junction turn left.. and u will see a big feild there... see you..there...

1) no battery -- double check with two battery
2) no signal from transmitter --- double check on the transmitter to fly honeybee
3) wrong frequency ----double checked TX 72.850 RX 72.850
4) crystal for rx mix up with TX --- double checked label on the crystal for TX n RX
5) crystal not compatible with your transmitter.. --- Double checked also try on the honeybee
6) no petrol... (just kidding) oooops
