    GWS tiger moth

has anyone flown this plane before?
any comments on how it flies?

making a decision btw this and the slow stick by tonight...

Slow stick will give you better overall performance.
The ips motor tends to have a very limited lifespan and replacement is expensive. if u go with the 280 direct drive version, it will not fly well. plus battery selection is very crucial/limited for the tigermoth. as to how it flies, it goes slowly but don't try to fly in any wind more than a slight breeze.

The Slow stick is a better choice.

      hi ryan

i have the TM, yep, ammo is right about the fact that the tigermoth not being able to withstand any wind, not even the slightest gust, but its easy to fly nonetheless...

as to how it flies, u can check out my video

IMHO, i think the gws J3 piper cub is another good beginner plane u can consider

got it, flew it, crashed it, fixed it, flew it and now it rocks man!

its super stable and easy to fly, floats.
