Fuselarge cut to shape (EPP) , roughly centralize to wing,
then finally apply PVA glue (Selley's brand S$5.60) to join fuselarge to wing.

Using left-over "pahkeh" wooden floor planks from my constructors as clamp jigs...

Result of final built aiming to be better than the sample in green...keke...

        Hi John,
Will this fly on SAT? My 3-channel ZERO cannot catch up.

          Yo MSC,
actually plane belong to Chekgu (Plug&Fly), just helping to quickly touch up the plane before passing to him.keke.... rest is up to him tune up the plane...hope Sunday can fly.

BTW, your Zero if changed to smaller prop maybe can go faster with higher RPM.....

            Hi John,
I'm using a 8x4prop now, I wanted to run the motor with a 7x6 but there was no stock. I am trying to get some APC7x6, or 7x5 to try out.

Nice plane you got there. How about a hot EDF unit instead of pusher? . I think the plane would fly and sound like a jet with a 55mm EDF.

Hope you have a sucessful maiden flight.

                          Yo Babylon5,
agree with you man...use the EDF55 + Himaxx 2025(4200) to boost speed and sounded like jet...should be cool ! but motor hot...keke..

                            Well

It flew very erratically on Saturday. The cause : not enough up thrust on the motor. Went down immediately upon take - off. Sometimes managed to fly it but when i throttled it up down it went. However, I like the way that sounds, on Sunday I inverted the mount and put the motor more along the incidence line of the wing and away it went like a bat out of h*ll. It flew fast and furious but sensitive on the elevator. and the travel on the left was more than the right. All those fixed, it flew reasonably well. Got to do a bit more trimming these few days. but in the end it was shioook. The wing flew.

Glad your wing flew very well bro.....if Peter read this thread, he will be most happy too...keke....

I must say, this wing is not for the fainted hearted. The way I saw Plug&Fly corner this plane, looks like "Punggol Drifters"....

must get all flyign wings to fly together one of these days, with Ronang, Peter, Plug&Fly, Leon, myself, Edmond22, Alex, Yeek, Colin, Ken etc......
mass "orgy in the sky" man.... bet to wake the folks in the HDP up....

we should try tie a ribbon or streamer at wing tips , surely will look great and fun!

                              cheers!
