    Advice needed for Seagull Mustang-P51

    Hi,

I recently bought the Seagull P51 and I'm currently building it.

    http://www.seagullmodels.com/pic-oracover-big/04.htm

I noticed that the thrust angle for the engine mount is pretty straight with no offset at all. Besides, I noticed that the left wing is slightly heavier than the right wing.

For those who is familiar with this plane, may I ask is this part of the design or should I do modification on it. I'm afraid that it would crash on the first flight with a roll

    Appreciate your valuable advice.

    Thanks.

Will see. Going to put the Saito 72 in it. Hope I would not be a laughing stock if it do a few rolls before it kisses the ground.

            Hi Jephry,

Do you have any c.g. or balancing issue on the wing itself?

What is the flying characteristics of this plane? anything to watch out for?

            Thanks!!

Maidened my Mustang this morning at JW field. With the Saito-72, it felt tail heavy... but just need to do some trim adjustments to bring it back to neutral.

However, with the Saito-72, I felt that the plane is a bit under-powered. Don't know whether if it's an engine tuning problem.

May I ask who is using Saito-72 with Coolpower 20% heli fuel? How much turns you have on the high-end needle?? Fyi, I'm using 1.5 turns. Is it normal?

                Appreciate all your advice.

                Thanks.
