Hi Bro,
This F-15 requires 70mm setup, my setup at follow
HET 2W20 motor
80 amp HobbyWing ESC
2 x 2250mah 25C Rhino running in parallel
HET FAN and DUCT.
HET setup is hungry for AMP, draws about 72 amp with this setup, got the reading by my watts up meter.
The above setup is a little on the expensive side. Not worth. waste power.
I recommend a cheaper setup as follow:
1) Scorpion clone 4240KV motor (OK Hobby)

2) Turnigy 60Amp ESC (Hobby City)
3) Wemotec fan clone (---------)
4) 1 x 2250Mah Rhino 30C battery.
This plane had full piece of elevator so you can do Cobra /high alpha...
By the way, if you are landing on grass, forget about the landing gear, will last less than 5 landing before it give way.

You can also try 4S setup with....
The wemotec480 with Typhoon EDF 3W .(3.020Kv/V) . Draws about 30amps.
Since the current is quite low , you can try a lighter pack 2250-2350Mah 25C 4S.
The current for the wemotec clone comes to the same with the same Typhoon EDF3W motor set up...about 30amps
