Brushless equivalent to 370 Brushed?

Hi guys, anyone can give me some info on wat brushless motors are good replacement for brushed 370 motors? Gonna replaced it with my stock brushed motors on my ducted fan jet...

1. How many kv?
2. How many watts?

for duct fan, i think it should be 3000kv or above.

As for watts, have to 1st check your aircraft weigh how much in total (AUW)
