RTF Kyosho A6 Intruder

Hi guys, Just got this bird and i can't seem to get it up flying... Seems to be lack of power. I am using a 3S1P 1300mAh 25C LiPo, and can't seem to get it flying at all..
Anybody has this bird? I am currently flying on stock setup. Any recommended mods to get this bird flying?

yes, this bird is way under powered stock....We already killed one in JW.

That's really sad... any recommended mods? Change the fan + motor? or just the motor will do?
Don't think the fan can be changed as it is at its largest size now..

the motor how many KV? go for 3600KV and above and at least 28mm size. See if it works.

Unless the kyosho using 45mm duct fan or smaller, if not i dun see why a normal 28mm motor can't fit.

I am using a 28mm motor in my 65mm duct fan. Dunno how big is the Kyosho ones.

The Kyosho A6 and F16 uses the 55mm fans. You can only use motors of diameter 20mm. 28mm motors are meant for 68mm fans.
