you don't really need a cnc for this job, buy cnc does save a lot of trouble.
doing it in a block is a waste of material, you might consider just doing up the all the surface with thin acrylic sheet and "solvent" them together if strength is not a concern.
Depending on wat it's use for and also the size and qty Cnc may be expensive for this type of cut. Other alternative may be to see if u can find people doing 3d printing and just get the part 'printed' instate
