where can i buy acrylic block

Hi,

Anyone knows where I can buy acrylic block At least 15mm thick.. or service like cutting acrylic to our desired dimension

between aluminum block and acrylic block which is cheaper ?

The density of aluminium is 2700 kg/m3 or 2.70 g/cm3

For budgeting purpose, take it around $13-$15 a kg.

I cannot remember which is cheaper.... both probably same price.

depending on your applications, whether from heli or robotics, it depends if you require other mounting holes, lubricants involved? etc.

It depends also on budget and engineering skills to machine the parts. Good luck.
