need machining help

Hi,i need help to cut some part for an ornithopter project..it is to be cut in aluminium..the shape is not important,but the screwholes which aid the movement and the hole in which the carbon rod will be inserted are..i've tried making some using a bench vice and drill but the alignments always not right..for this project,the machinist willl provide the material..the cheapest aluminium will do..i will pay for the service..can any machinist help?pls sms me at 93957219.thanks
