convert wire to solid ?

Is there a easy way to convert wire frame to solid or at least "skin" the outer border?

found some wireframe dxf files but have no idea how to convert them to solid.

Use shade or render command if you are using acad.

sorry, i wasn't clear in the post.

i mean is there a easy way to convert wireframe or mesh drawing format to a
solid 3d format. for simple drawing, can still "create surface" manually, but as it
get bigger, there should be an easier way right ?

I found a software "Mesh to Solid", but its too ex, and limited cad format to
work with.
