Require CNC service

As above, require to cut out arcylic block of about 5"x1" thick. There will be grooves on the block that are slated about 10 to 15 degrees.
Will post some drawings later. Please do PM me if you are able to do so.

    Thank you.

Hi, are you able to provide a 3D view of the piece you want? It hard to tell what you actually need. It will be better if the background is white. Thanks!

Btw Acrylic block are quite costly at that size.

I may be able to provide the arcylic. There is a slight difference in the dimension, I do not require such thick arcylic block probably about an inch or 20 - 25mm will do just fine.

sorry but my autocad drawing not too good to draw the specific 3D. Did a brief 3D.
The top side supopse to have jagged with teeth protruding out, reference of the side view from the first post.

Oh wow, thanks a lot. I have return at least 50% of my CAD skill back to my lecturer.

anyone with the ability to cut out this design please do PM me for details.

it will be impossible to CNC the piece from a single block..

however me have an idea how to fabricate it. .

                      enjoy.

you want to confirm the 10 to 15 degrees ?
i did a trial cut at 10deg , the "teeth" is really small.

guess you block size is too big for our desktop cutter.

Hi, perhaps a 30 degree slope would give a better jagged tooth design. What is the part intended for? If its to couple to another part with matching teeth, then more design consideration is require to ensure a matching fit.

By the way, how many teeth does this part require?
