Look at what Mike sent me yesterday.

the build, very easy, around 70% pre-assembled,
it even come with all necessary allen keys.
took me just few hrs.

the setup, can't do, no proper tools.
i can only hand tight at the moment,
my 17mm wrench can't fit into the 11/16" nut.

I still can't believe the size.

Remember to read the instructions and make sure you understand it, and don't make any assumption. I made a few assumptions for mine because it came 95% assembled, and those assumptions can be potentially disastrous.

thanks, will do, read many times on the assembly even before it came.
guess better double check the pre-assembled parts before using.

where is my 11/16" wrench and dial indicator

next will be the stepper motors, collecting tomorrow.

Waaaah sweet sweet. I tried to setup 1 set yesterday night ..... looks like its a challenge to clock the machine in position.

I will PM you the contact for the dial indicator and stand.

Just to let you know I brought in the Teflon lub from Sherline, suppose to be better than Single Oil because it will not dry up as lubricating oil



This is the same grease they apply before they are ship out of factory.

wow, have not even start, you pour water on me.

will get one tube from you on next shipment, seem kind of thick, will the chips stick to it ? i intend to clean up some area to prevent chips from sticking to it, that where the single oil will come in.

I am ready, but the parts are still in their boxes.
No chance to enter my "workshop" yet.

Hmm ... maybe u should try mine super lube for your personal pleasure .... cheap and good, sherline used it

Sooo cheam, dunno abt lithium grease but the content is almost transparent.
