machine plastic - where to get ?

"machine plastic" not sure if its the correct name,
please refer to the refer pic, the blue colour part.

thinking of getting small qty to try if the price is not to high.
anyone know where is available locally and price/min purchase ?

I think they are referred as derlin. I am thinking to buy Machine Wax which had got reasonable cutting property for good details and best of all ...reusable Very good for trial run.

I don't think it is derlin, coz they only come in black or white colour, probably it is nylon.

You can try Swees Engineering at 28 Veerasamy Road S(207332) tel, 62925544.

Show that the picture and tell them your requirement and they can advise on the proper material to be used. Based on your usage, derlin should be good enough. An estimate according to your attached pic, one pc should be less than $10.

I've been trying to locate the machinable wax for ages. Freeman Machinable Wax seems to be the answer. They even have a local supplier. See http://www.freemanwax.com/distributors.htm. However their price seems a little steep and they only ship the products every 2-3 months. You can find their contact information at the Freeman website using the link given above.

Note: Their quote to me is in USD. Not sure why
