    CNC cutting in Singapore

    Hello,

I'm looking for somebody or a company in Singapore that will be able to cut all the fuselage formers and the wing ribs with a CNC (can be a mill or a laser cut machine, as soon as precise cutting is taking place). I got the dxf files and will provide balsa and ply for the parts to be cut.
Anyone of you guys can help me or give me the name of a company that would be able to do such job in Singapore ?

    Thanks.

with a CNC machine you can cut lots of frames and save lots of $$ Provided you have the design for it :P

DO you have any plans that I can test it on first?

haha... not yet, not on autocad. Corel draw or solid works maybe.

i will get soon the dxf files for the fuselage formers and wing ribs of this one:

This is the one that i want to build as well ...
It's just that i'm a bit lazy to cut the fuselage formers in 3 mm ply wood ... And i think that a CNC will more accurate than i am ... ;)

There is unfortunately nobody in Singapore to do some CNC cutting ...
At least nobody wanted to entertain me. Even if i was ready to pay for it.
                    That's funny ...

                              Dear Sir,

For your information I still have not even did and CNC cutting for my personal use for my planes. We have been very busy and had no time.I don't think it is fair for you to comment this way. Don't forget this machine is not just for my personal use. Its not my hobby machine. A number of fliers has asked me to do cutting but I had to turn them down as work comes first for us.
