I do not sure about the Sub C weight but I do know I manage to fly my Hornet II using 8Cells of AA 2100mAH. Not recommended because it is heavy but it fly.

no lar.. I went for high discahrge NiHm... the shop say able to deliver 30A....

I have been checking up tech papers... the newer HD NiHm discharge rates seem to be close to NiCads...in particular the GP3300

SubC not for electrics lar... too heavy. Maybe 2/3subC can... Sanyo specially printed a "airplane" mark on it.

Actually, I am hoping the batt will last for a very long time... and I can save enuf to get some digital bling bling....

That will need higher current than normal Rx batts.
