3S1P with balancer connection, wiring arrangment?

Hi Guys,

Any battery expert can help.
I am interested to know what is the wire arrangment of the balancer connector on the 3S1P Lipo Battery.
I want to insert DIY the balancer wires for my non-balancer 3S1P battery to be balance by my ALIGN Lithium Battery Balance Charger.

yep looks correct just check with a Multi meater before you plug into the balancer
