wah piang eh...is that for emergancy power supply to your house? super high for a normal pack i would think? maybe a leadacid would be what you want? in any case, you can try looking at the battery shop in simlim tower's basement...

        Wow...you'd be needing 11x 1.2v cells to get 13.2v, and say you'd be using sub C 3600, you need 11x 3 sets in parallel to hit 9amps! That's 33cells!
        An 8cell sub-c pack is about 500grams, and 33cells is almost 2kg!

That's a freakin' heavy pack...may i ask what u're gonna use it for?

Maybe a sealed lead acid batt is more economical in price...
Maybe a regulated 4S4P lipo will be better in terms of weight....

beware of such configs....i have a friend who've config it for dive lights as well...weight is not an issue, but battery case cave in due to high pressure, resulting in the welded joints between the battery contacts giving way....

one of his packs failed in underwater due to broken contacts, the other pack had water seeped in when casing broke due to high pressure....few hundreds of $$ wasted just like that...

I would not even dare to think of using lipos just because of the pressure...they might just explode in it's own case.
