Hey guys, i need some help,

Was wondering will this( http://www.trademe.co.nz/a.asp?id=21705357#qna ) work for my Airtronics Tx ,some ppl say that futaba chargers work with airtronics, is this true?

And is the polarity ohk with the Airtronic tx??
