No replies yet? here's my 2 cents.

My suggestion is to try FMS simulator (free one), download the IFO.par file from the net, google it. if you can't find it I'll email it to you.

Once you get the hang of the sim, then go out and try the IFO. The other way around tends to be disastrous. Especially if you are a newbie like me, don't know my left from right type.

    Cheers

                Anthony,

Watching the video more closely, I noticed that you chose to fly out of the MSP between the pillars and back in again. May I ask if that is a show of plain stupidility or ego? Have you any idea that the limited window of view you have means that if you lose sight of it OR if you hit the pillars (which I believed you did judging from the video edits) will result in something falling and hitting something.

Dun try to deny it is ego mate, the video edit shows repeat, you are trying to highlight that stupid move.
Stop looking for a gyro in my plane, they are all in the head.

Ed... dun be mean (ie average). People just need to find avenues to get free publicity and if possible slime the competition (probably) behind a shield.

By the way, noticed that the thread starter asked for help on learning how to fly his Rotor IFO. Instead of direct assistance or relevant information, I wonder how this clip of an IFO (which is non-educational) which is replicated on the forum more than once appeared here. Totally irrelevant, out of context and not helpful ... perhaps really to show someone (i dunno who) is very stylo with that bunch of ripstop on carbon rods.

Only Pac offer real directions on how to get to a community of fliers.

Well lets just enjoy, I believe everyone will prove something or another in here or break some records winning arguements for self satisfaction rite ... RC its always abt practise to perfection, have fun , exchange of information, or trill takers. We are hobbist. Clip is meant to be short and nice wit music. I really dont undersatnd wats the arguement..
So if u are rite, whos there to say abt safety when one is engross? then wat abt safety and its airspace regulation? unless singapore is like UK, enforcing licence and insurance. but where is the fun then?
I have. does anyone? Ins for publice liability anyone?
Peace bro, we are a family in RC. Fun and safety its necessary but arguement here does not help. only having fun together and enforce safety dont u agree.. Who do make fault, be it human error or equipment error...
i myself sometimes do.... cheers bro...
Sorry and no hard feelings, lets enjoy...
                    2 cents worth of fun....

Which part you dun understand? I can give you a presentation about Safety. Dun talk cock with me about safety and try to play down the issue here on hand mate.

The Issue on hand (let me remind you again), is the flying weaving in and out of MSCP. DO NOT try to dilute or bring in other issues that did not happen in the video. If you are ok and know how to stick to sound argument, tell me how this flying is acceptable.

Safety is safety, if I have to wrestle you to the ground to ensure safety, I will do it mate. You can bet your life on that. If you want to do stunts, do it in a big field where you can make reasonable judgement. This is unacceptable, for when a person crash in a big field, he can see where he crash, weaving in and out of MSCP and not being able to see below no way!

AND who exactly are you? We are going OT here, I am fine to meet up with you and debate all these right through. I will even buy you coffee. Art, you have to come, I would like to see this person for myself. And ask Anthony to come along too, I will get the police to take a look and let them decide if it is safe to fly like this. Fair enough? Anthony and yourself to come.

Just imagine this subtle marketing being successful and everybody decided "ok, I am gonna fly in my mscp weaving in and out of the openings", You gotta be kidding me. This is exactly the same response Anthony would give about a rude shop.... "Maybe you ask for the wrong thing or you met the wrong person"....

If you have insurance and license, then it means you respect the law, so what exactly is your freaking point? AND dun overdo the community thing or the family thing. You ARE NOT my family. Can't anybody see that the same person is using multiple nicks to go around spreading "family" "community" "help each other" crap, save me your bull. If your bro or sister drive like a madman and compromise safety, go sit in the same car and I will see how long you can lun.
