Hi all, I jus wanna do a small write-up/review for a product I got from bros of ApacHobby today at OHR. It's a Data Logger by AerobTec.com and it's
available locally from ApacHobby. It's small in size n weigh abt 8g. Further specs can b found here. It's my first logger n I can say it's worth d buy as I can see my 'flying habits', also tell how my electronics is doing... from temp to altitudes... this logger has it all. The Flight Manager software is easy to use and very straight forward so i dun hv to read up or search d web for help. Jus plug in d Altis v4 to yr pc, run d flight manager, select device(in dis case d v4) n all yr data is shown. Setting up d v4 to start logging is also easy. jus plug in d JR lead to one empty channel(if u r jus strictly doing data logging) in yr rx(in my case it's d batt/bind channel in my 7ch OrangeRx) n u r all set.
Thru d software u can set 3 or 6 line data to b shown per page. If set to 3 lines, d page will scroll to d next as per user timing setting. Thr r other bunch of settings n setups tt I hv yet to figure out like d F5J FAI competition connection. I'll leave tt to other experts
Here's some pics of d logger n my data log from my HK Walrus flight earlier today
Altis Flight Manager software
Logging with 'throttle in', Temp n Voltage n Altitude display
Logging with 'throttle in' n altitude display
Logging with altitude n vario display
Logging with temp, altitude n voltage display
well, tts abt it for now.... will post more when I get more out of dis logger. cheers
PS: Pls feel free to add/share yr posts n comments, tips n tricks on dis thread if u r using d Altis v4.
