They call it the "ATG CM-F2 Glass Fiber 2-Axis Aerial Pan Tilt PTZ"

I set it up with a Spektrum DS821 standard servo and a HK Hextronix 9g servo, but I never managed to fly with it.
Will sell together with the servos for only S$50.
