    Report : Acrobat Helicopter - Voodoo 400 & Voodoo 600

Note...just mine personal view...and well worth the wait for 2 years.

I am totally not missing my Mikado Logo heli , which I said int he past is my best flying heli, it is now officially replace by Acrobat Helicopter latest Voodoo...both the Voodoo 400 and Voodoo 600 are a class of it own.
    • Flying :- As good as Mikado Logo, can't say it is better as it is hard to be better then logo
    • Build :- As easy build as Mikado Logo ....however it is all Carbon and Metal which provide bling bling
    • Support : obvioulsy part support no where close to Mikado, but i did get the owner to support me with parts directly
    • Quiet : This heli is super quiet even compare to Logo....were flying with another 500 size just now and I can only hear the Trex500 sound and the Voodoo
    • Efficient : Logo is very efficient heli due to its weight...but Voodoo win hands down on this all my flights of 5 mins on both just keep using only 2200-2400mah out of 3700mah lipos in 4S for Voodoo 400 and 10S for Voodoo 600

I think I impressed some of the true Logo believer flyer today with the Voodoo 600, even with my limited flying skill the Voodoo 600 flying characteristic were clear to see.

Others command on German Forum , even using Voodoo 600 in 6S setup (translated)
"I fly my 600 with voodoo 6s 5000 Zippy. This is not an issue with focus. If they have moved forward, the rear rubber just keeps. A perfect fit! Fly to loose my 9min at 20% remaining in the battery. Lightweight aerobatic and roomier, faster flight. Reserve capacity for my circumstances great.
I prefer the Voodoo 600! 'll Fly with him again today and the TDR in the garage .... the 6s batteries are also on the loading technique as unproblematic."

    Now....should i have a Voodoo 700

    regards

I have always like the feel of the SK720 especially the cyclic feeling very nice. I sold the SK720 because the SL is not working well and also there is no govn like VBAR.
SK540 just remove all the unnecessary thing but improve on the performance in other areas and features.

          Voodoo 700 flying with 6S 5000mah lipos

Impressive....warning video quality is low as it is done using hat camera.
tips : listen to the sound, again warning for a quite heli so listen out for the blade sound in transition.

            HV all round

Many have done it, but I am now officially on HV all round with my Voodoo 600.
Best it is done at a budget....

Just had 2 flights on full regulated 8V from my BEC to my
            1) MKS1210 cyclic servos
            2) DS650 rudder servo
            3) SK540
            4) Hyperion sensor

now my only problem is my buffer packs is only 4S, I need it 5S if not the BEC will permanently want to keep charging the buffer packs even when it is fully charged.
            Need to go shopping soon.

The heli response just woke quite a bit in term of feel and smoother, not to say faster and seems to hold more precise at 8V. The tail holding and stop is cool.
However will be dropping the HV down to regulated 7.5V instead of 8V, just to be on the safe side.

Thanks Bro...it will cost me only $150 Euro to convert my Voodoo 600 to 700. If one day I want to fly bigger hei, I will do so.

                            Enjoying flying it

The combination of Voodoo 600 with HV setup and SK540 is allowing me to really enjoying flying it, even with 10S and 1800rpm.

Finally got a chance to put the custom Voodoo 600 canopy that I have 5 months back even before got the Voodoo heli

Some buddies ask me the cost of parts....here is the parts cost which already include the 19% VAT tax that all have to pay.

What do you think of the spare cost?
