Hi, I'm a little sad to be putting up this plane for sale but I haven't flown it for months so it probably deserves a better home.
This is the 35% Magic Hand Yak 54 as previously sold by Troy Built. There is a reason QQ Somenzini chose the Yak 54 platform for his now very famous line of planes that were made when he had his own plane company.
Plane is fully setup with a DLE-111 for power. It's an absolute 3D monster with big throws and a extremely well matched powerplant. No problems at all with plane, engine or electronics and every flight has been a wonderful pleasure. Nothing quite like the presence and feel of a good sized gasser for 3D. No crashes, but a little on the ground accident at the old BBFC field required some repairs to the landing gear area. I've put in many harrier landings since with no problems so the repair is likely stronger than the original build. Certainly no effect on flying performance.
I'm willing to part with everything on board, subject to price. Actually, if there is interest, I'd be happy to bundle in a Futaba transmitter for an even better deal.
No offense, but please note that as a matter of good conscience, I will NOT sell to anyone with no gasser experience.
