Hi Gentlemen

Shall we organize a friendly meetup this sat or sun (be it poor man quad vs rich man's best of the best). This way we get to see how each flight controllers perform? I'm also curious to see how my apm2.5 match up against the DJIs.

I think it will be a fantastic way to share, see and experience.

My proposal is we fly a simple figure 8, then fly a distant of 150m, then put our quad to FS, then put our TX down of the floor...and see how well it return to home.

So guys, let's Arduinos, Naza, SunWooKong,etc this weekend!!!

Wookong is at least 20 times more expensive than crius aiop. No hobbyist will invest in such a expensive FC.

The Kk 2.0 which cost usd30 is also super stable. I believe the skill and calibration on the tx matters too.

If I could not fly well, I will blame it on my skill.

Guys, would appreciate if y'all could film the event (or at least part of it). If that's not possible, kindly share the results with the rest of us who can't make it? Really looking forward to see the results, so that we could test the claims of the 3DR CEO. Post it up on Youtube for the world to see, that should be quite an eye opener.

May I suggest 2 little additions.

a) Before we fly the fig8, let's do a eye level hover and see which fc and GPS holds better (even better if there's moderate wind)
b) WKM, zerouav and apm2.5 w ublox can do full autonomous flying (auto takeoff, fly to 4 waypoints, return home and land)....let's compare this too.

Hi, I'm good anywhere..but I prefer Tuas South where there's less people congestion.

I am not joining in the fun. My points to those who are interested in this hobby is you do not have to invest in expensive fc and expensive tx. It can be cheap and affordable.

You do not have to fly fpv with expensive go pro. Gimbal. Carbon fibre frame ...

The setup can also be done with cheap frame.
