    DIY Micro SIM Adaptor

If you need a more lasting micro sim adaptor, try making one out from the card itself.

    1. Trace the standard sim over the existing card that the micro sim came from.

    or

    2. Trace from an existing adaptor and use the corner of the card.

Tracing from an existing adaptor works better. The micro sim fits snugly and will not drop off compared to the first method.

Cut out micro sim dimensions first. If it works, then cut out the standard sim off the card corner.

A nail filing tool will be handy in shaping the cut-outs.

Here is a sample from the method 1.

You would need to tape the micro sim down with "scotch tape" to keep the micro sim in place.

That's all to it. Good luck!!

            The nano challenge. LOL.

Pretty straight forward to cut it off from the Micro SIM.

And the thickness sanded down by 0.09mm.
