4s1p or 3s2p??

hi bros. im planning to get a 25e 3D plane but wasnt sure how to set it up. im confuse over the battery issue, hope the laojiaos can give me some guide:

-plane is abt 1.1kg requiring abt 450W according to the manual
-im considering 2x 3s 2200mah in parallel or 2x 2s 2200mah in series (4s) both 20C
-motor max current draw is 40A
-would 40A esc be able to handle?
-do i nid BEC for the 4sub micro 20g servo?

my main concern is on the battery. what advantages/disadvantages between the 4s1p/3s2p
