Compact digital camera advice: Fuji F100FD VS Canon Ixus860IS VS Panasonic FX-36

Need some advice on the following cameras. I intend to get one, with the following needs:

1) Close up shots
2) Video
3) Shots in dark areas

Does anybody has any opinions/comments with regards to the above cameras?
